Storyboard
As Director and Director Assistant I am often in charge of Storyboard or Storyboard Revision.
I can say it is my favorite step in movie process. Everything is possible with just a pen and a piece of paper. It costs nothing, you can imagine what you want and finally add the time dimension in your narration. You have to draw fast and build a rythm and you decide where goes the camera, the tense in the stance, the softness in the eye, and after the Animatic, you have the first Video format of your Story. Simply love it.
